Amazing app the developer is awesome. Just keeps getting better and the 3d app drawer works awesome. I would pay for this for sure.

just installed the latest updates, and while I really like the 3d launcher, it does fc on me a lot more than with the standard 2d launcher. also on the 3d launcher, it will sometimes come up with an entire row of icons bunched into one space, and will also a) not show all of the icons or b)have large empty spaces between rows.

my lp was running super smooth until i added a fourth screen yesterday...all the sudden its always laggy now..wtf

Downloaded launcher pro

I just downloaded Lauchner pro, it said it was done, I can't find it no how. I know the mind is the first thing to go, and now the eyes?? What is the sectret to get it to work.

I don't understand how he can make his 3d app drawer (and the launcher all together) so nice and smooth. Google programmers need to start taking notes from Pete (BB dev) and the author of launcherpro. Works perfect for me and never get any fc's, using a moto droid.

I've been lurking through this thread but haven't really seen this addressed:

I downloaded the launcher but the notification LED for Handcent doesn't show up. Is there something I need to change in the settings for either Handcent or Launcher Pro?

Worked for me. Thanks. Now what's a good app to give you more then 3 screens. I looked for it on the forum but I don't remember it's name. I think it gives you 5 or 6 or 7 screens. Does any one have any pros or cons about it/them? Thanks again for your help

Alright I've been using ADW since it came out and loved it, gave Launcher Pro a quick shot early on and didn't think much of it.

Now everyone is talking about how fast it is. So I downloaded it and WOW it's great! I really liked the 8 dockable icons in ADW, but being able to have 5 rows on your homescreens more than makes up for it! The 3D app drawer has been sorley missed since I stopped using helix 2 and yes...Launcher Pro FLIES!

I'm sold, and I have no problem admitting I was wrong.

u can get that many with launcher pro. just go to settings, then choose how many u want

Yeah, it seems like google and motorola need to take some notes from this dev. HTC's sense roms always have really smooth screen transitions, but the stock droid launcher (even the new froyo one) has always been really choppy. Even the Eris has smoother screen transitions. The new 3D drawer is freaking awesome.

While running launcher pro and at home screen press menu soft key, then preferences, 1st option is # of screens.

Ok, my question could have been answered in the last 70 odd pages, but please indulge me and help me out. I want to place handcent SMS in the dock(I'm using froyo wide dock), but I want to use the icon from the stock messaging app since I have a theme on my phone. I know you can choose a custom icon, I just need to know where to navigate to find the stock messaging icon.
