Not the best pic but I had to click & shoot quick before they disappeared. Sure love the double tap on the home button, though.

She is amazing. Love your pictures too. I miss upstate NY, my dad lives in Gansevoort near Lake George. Spent a week there this summer, didn't want to come back to Texas.

Thanks Sydman! People don't realize how beautiful upstate and central New York is. Everyone thinks it's just the city. Lake George area is spectacular. Have you driven up the nortwest side of the lake going north yet? The mountains are breathtaking. Takes you through the outer edge of the Adirondacks.

Have to say I loved Austin too. Spent a lot of time canoeing and camping the Pedernales, and then there's Hamilton Pool, not to mention Lake Austin and Lake Travis. That was many years ago.

I am totally thrilled! This is the earliest I've ever managed to get my pool open and ready for summer. There is always some problem that makes the process a pita. Well, this year I actually got the thing open and ready for swim by memorial day. In the week I managed to re-do 10 feet of plumbing under my deck, uncover and open my pool, and finally get my annuals planted in most of the flower pots. Getting quite accomplished, yeeha!
