I'm not really using a theme per say. Live 3d wallpaper is fresh leaves by Max, icons are the whicons set but I custom made a few of my own to go with it for apps which were missing (and I didn't like the included internet folder) Using clean widgets in main screen for weather and clock, and using Microsoft outlook and one note widgets on other screens for quick glance at calendar emails and notes.
The whole thing is very clean and mostly minimalistic. Making best use of the beautiful display for my wallpaper on my Galaxy Note 9. Sometimes I also use the galaxy pack or galactic core live 3d wallpaper as well.

I tend to keep things pretty minimal on my homescreen. I just keep a single semi-transparent icon folder which has a dozen or so of my most used apps. Nova launcher, nothing special.
I guess I'm boring. I think it's a sign of age... that and the gray hair that is invading my head at an alarming rate...
