I have been getting those reboots/lockups too. I noticed it happens only when my X is overclocked. The battery gets really hot then the phone locks up. When I have my phone under 1000MHz, it is fine. Something is weird about the new X Overclock update.

I've never OC'd my DX, so that's not it. Unless if LB does it automatically?

Yeah you have to wipe. Its up to you though, the changelog is not too drastic. You might as well stay on 0.8

Unless I'm reading it wrong, you need to wipe. I do anyway to ensure the cleanest install possible

I got a feeling its off cause if you read the 0.9 it says to wipe going to 0.8. I thought it was a typo, but now I think something is wrong
