this is true u make a valid point but the last time i almost bricked my phone trying to get back to stock ....it was sort of a adrenaline rush quite the experience i must say !

If you almost bricked your phone then you didn't follow the instructions. Sbfing has little to no risk as long as you have a charged phone.

yeah your right ...i followed the instructions improperly because i didn't upload the zips onto my phone before i went into the bootloader and wound up.. uploading nothing and my Droid 2 didn't take it very well ...your right though ill probably do it after a good meal and before a long night of drinking !! thanks for your opinion !:motdroidvert::greendroid::motdroidvert:

i can say from MULTIPLE experience (lol) that even w/ a low battery sbf'ing didnt brick my phone...bootloader just wouldn't allow it until i got a good charge

1st time was i went to sleep sbf'ing late one night, woke up and my phone was DOA. after being a nercous wreck thru they day bc it wasn't working, i was helped on these forums (thanks xkape)...prob was the battery died during the sbf flash, i just needed a charged batt

Yeah I'm waiting for my battery to charge now before I flash liberty 1.0 again ...
I have two batteries because my dog step on my Droid 1 broke digitizer then i think water got to the LCD before i could replace it.. i bought off craigslist so no warranty its still in great shape expect for that so i throw which ever batteries low in there its actually working nice i haven't had my phone die on me yet plus 2 8gb and 1 16gb Sdcards i dont think ill run out of memory ethier !!! :motdroidvert::greendroid::motdroidvert:

The new widgetsoid 2.x update added the pull down notification bar widget....its quite impressive actually.

no kidding... I've been using PowerControl plus for awhile... but i think i like the features of widgetsoid better... contacts in the notification bar is kinda neat, lol

when you are configuring a widget at the bottom under advanced there is a check box for Notification

Edit: i don't think that's right now that i'm looking at it on the phone, lol...
