Hey, I've read about a bug when on lbg that causes bootstrap to not work correctly and possibly cause a bootloop due to debugging being on? I want to flash v.3 from v.1. Can debugging safely be on?

I think what you read was that someone was using DX bootstrap & did something with debug & they bootlooped.
You have to use D2 bootstrap, & yes, leave debugging ON. :blackdroid:
