ok, i use adw ex. So i will download the file to my sd card, then create a short cut option and then drag and dock into my dock are or where ever i want the icon. correct?

Add app to dock/screen as usual. Long press to pop up options. Tap edit. Tap the icon and select gallery or a file manager and select the image you want to use.
