Liberty Theme Screenshots

I downloaded linear and cant past the touch the android screen can change language but nothing else what do i do?

I've had the same issue once not with that theme but when I had issues with liberty and I did a wipe data to put the rom back to stock liberty and that's where nothing would happen when I touched the green android. I ended up sfb back to stock. Fixed the problem but I don't know why it happened
