Well I think we now know how people were achieving 37 MFLOPS. They could very well be running beta versions of 2.2:

That still seems really low, I don't use JIT and I get in the high nines.
so, I changed the rom to:
Jrummy V0.7
Bekit 7 slot 1ghz LV
and I jited it
got 8mflops running alot better
(also my temp keeps around high 30s and low 40s since I bought it for some reason is that a problem? since i hear most of you guys have your temps at low 30s)

Good choice
My battery temps stay between 86F and 100F, but thats just me.Yeah thats pretty low. I get 6.5 with the 800mhz kernel and no JIT.

I got that about a month ago while screwing around, I believe it was either Jrummy or CM 5.0.6.x it makes me think it was jrummy's cyan theme since the battery is cyan. It was with a 1.3GHz kernel I believe and with JIT enabled.I dont feel like uploading a current picture but I'm getting consistent 9.8's in about .55 seconds running BBv1 @ 1.2GHz with JIT disabled.
Heres a tip for everyone that didnt notice it but when youre doing the benchmark make sure you go into setcpu and set the current running profile to "performance" so it will run the processor at max clockspeed while running the benchmark.
