Has development on the nightlies stopped? I haven't seen a liquidsmooth update since the 14th. Just curious. :icon_ lala:

The latest build is silky smooth!

Had a few sleep of deaths though, and I occasionally lose MMS on rebooting. Dalvik wipe brings it back though...

The camera flash works but the gallery force closes on me. Also, the speaker phone mic us muted. The speakers work but not the mic when in speaker phone.

Hmm. I'll play with it some tomorrow. My buddies and I communivate via mass group message, lol. After I install GoSMS, I (apparently) get Group MMS in stock messaging--but I lose notifications.

Check out an app called GroupMe for messaging back and forth with your buddies. Much better than group messaging.

Unfortunately, since the Droid 4 really doesn't have the 'zero shutter lag' it is pretty useless unless you have the stability of a marble statue when taking a picture. The only thing it does for me is make a blurry photo.

Go to jsnweitzels dev host site in the OP. There was a new build posted yesterday (working camera flash now). I think right now, they are working on integrating the OTA JB update and working to perfect the kexec kernel as well as the new safestrap hashcode and dhacker have been tirelessly working on. All the devs work hard and do great work, just takes some time...patience will be rewarded!

Yup. They wouldnt have to use it. They would continue 5o get text messages. I recommend the app, though. The app uses data, and there's an iOS client AND a web client also.

Can't get MMS to work in the latest build...tried clean slot, wiping cache/dalvik, reinstalling, cyclying RUM/SIM and NV in network settings... :-/

Anybody have any other ideas?

Mine is hit or miss at times. I have avoided the problems I have when I have to reboot by wiping cache and dalvik every time, but since that doesn't work maybe try clearing the MMS app data and cache itself? Hopefully you can get it working!

and when u pull the keyboard out, it goes to landscape. but once u slide the keyboard back in, it still stays in landscape..any fix?

Rom Toolbox will allow you to change the boot animation. No word about the screen rotation. I'm running stock with all the bloatware removed because of it. I love LS though.

Turn off auto rotate in system settings

Myself and others are using kexec Liquid just fine after the upgrade to JB. Just make sure it's a kexec build. And you should be good to go.
