I am enjoying the TANG until more themes come out - there isn't anything at all wrong with it. It's far better than stock.

if i install tang now, and another theme comes out later, can i flash to the next theme with no problems? or are there any steps i need to take in between to make sure nothing conflicts?

I downloaded the goodies folder. Where do I have to put the live wallpapers that are in there to be able to use them?

Has any one noticed the cellular signal temporarily drops out (only shows 4 dots where the bars would normally be)? I've only noticed it since installing this ROM, it's possible it could be a temporary problem in my area.

I have noticed this as well.

Same problem here. Anyone find a fix yet?

Help with update!!

I have the new Lit 0.5v and everytime I do the the facebook update from the market - it says "install unsuccessful". I did install the google apps with the download and everything else updates and works great.

I just had to remove this rom. I had many cpu-initiated reboots and tasker kept getting closed. Also appalarm didn't go off this morning though I had checked it before I fell asleep.

I also took it off this morning. It ran fine for about 4 days but last night my phone started getting hot, almost 50ºC, and I was only at 750 mhz, reduced it to 550 mhz and it didn't cool down much at all until it rebooted. Also, this morning I had trouble with the alarm too, but different than you. My alarm went off but WOULD NOT let me turn it off. I was definitely awake after I had to pull the batter to reset the phone.

I've had the same issue with LithMod NG 0.0.5 running really hot the last few days. I'm running a recommended jdlfg kernel at 900 mhz. I haven't changed my usage at all to warrant the extra heat.

About the alarm clock, I've had the issue of not being able to turn off an alarm while running the original LithMod. I previously thought it was just that I was in a half sleep state when be awaken and that was why I couldn't turn off the alarm. Now I'm beginning to think there's more to it. Fortunately it rarely happens, but when it does I have to pull the battery to turn the alarm off.

Also, any idea of when any themes might be coming from Roberj13 or others for LithMod NG?

I've been running it at 1200 and just used the alarm this weekend and it worked fine. Heat has not been an issue unless I am running constant GPS when driving. We got lost this weekend and I had it plugged into the car and it got a tad hot so I held it up to the air conditioner - no problems.

I feel like the heat issue is caused by a rampant app. I only use task killers if I really need to, but after doing an "end all" when the phone gets hot, things seem to cool down. I'll keep an eye on it and keep you guys posted...

In the mean time, I'm sticking with LithMod NG!

I've noticed several times my phone would start chewing through the battery and the data lights would be on solid. I think I found the problem, when this is happening I noticed if you go to "system updates" it shows a 17.7 MB file being downloaded. Is there a way to disable these updates from being downloaded that aren't compatible with the Lithium Roms?

If/when my phone heats up again I'll check to see if System Update is downloading any files. As for blocking updates, I don't know anything...

I have had no problems whatsoever with NG 0.5 with 1200 kernal. But also when I change ROMS I wipe cache and everything else 3 times. I used to have problems when switching ROMS until I started wiping 3x. For future reference that might help.
