Loading Pics & Songs Question

Is there a easier way to load songs and pics from your home computer to your device besides using VCast Media Manager? Also inside the VCast Media Manager why is there to driver spots? One labled HTC Incredible (H) and one (I) Which one do you put the pics and songs into?

Create a uniquely named folder on PC. Copy files to it, drag and drop on SD card, use Astro to find files.
