I had the same problem with my droid x. called the 1800 number toddj posted and had an AMAZING experience dealing with the technical support guy. told him the power button was jammed and that it was very annoying also that despite having performed
a hard reset, the camera was still very buggy.
he sent out an order for a brand new phone for me
it all took about 10 minutes and
now i'm waiting for my new X.
but now what im wondering is whether or not i could keep my old batter and sd card? i usually did back when i made insurance claims and paid the deductible but i'm not sure if i could do the same now that i'm be shipped a brand new device for free. anybody have any idea?
