From what I read it will only allow 1 delay.. Then it installs

The worry is that Samsung will push the update. To block this you need to install an old version of EZ Disabler or Package Disabler Pro. Samsung forced both these developers to remove System Updates from the apps, thus the updated versions will not work. Details on the Note 7 Rebels Facebook page.
