looking for kindle app

I'm looking for an app to turn my droid into a kindle. The iphones had it for years, I am very surprised I can't find an app for droid that does this.
It seems like common sense.

Does anyone know of an app for this? Or if not, anyone know when we can expect a kindle app for the Droid?

The iPhone has not had it for years, just months.

I too wish that Amazon would hurry up and release one.

If you search on google for removing DRM from Kindle you will find at least 2 different ways to do this. Understand that this is for removing DRM from documents that you have already purchased and that I would not encourage any theft.

I found one method that requires you to install python and run a python script. You can then read the file using other readers such as ereader, ireader, etc.
