Loud beep after pressing "end call"...how to get rid of it?

Whenever I'm in a call and press the "end call" button I hear a loud beep that comes through the earpiece before it hangs up. a.) is this normal and b.) how do I get rid of it?

happens to me to. the reason it's so loud is because your volume is probably all the way up. idk if you can get rid of it
