low on volume space???

I guess i am not making myself clear i am a newbie messing with phones identifying it wont help if i dont know what to do with it. But thanks just the same.

This shows memory used by applications this is the only memory that a FDR will help. If your internal SD is full it may be the backup app.

Get the app I posted. If will show you graphically what is is using Your storage. In my case Appmonster, an app that backs up all apps and also older versions. It used several gig in back up.
Once you know what is using your storage you can delete what you don't need.

Of course you could also select to delete everything in a FDR and it will delete your personal stuff like pics and everything else.

That would be like your phone came from the factory.
You would get your contacts back when you log in to Google. Some of your apps would also be restored by Google.

That would be quite drastic but if you don't have music or pictures or any other files you care about it would clean up your storage.

FDR is in settings > privacy. Erase internal storage is an option. The only thing left will be what your phone came with, and your external SD.

If you have updated your OS that will not be effected.

All the app you listed does is show me the apps and data that are there I still dont know what to delete and what consequences it will have its ok i will give up on this i have tried three forums and all are the same none of the answers help i do thank you for trying though but i am giving up
