mail not updating

I just had to do a hard reset yesterday and am setting everything up again on my Droid. Earlier today email messages were coming in as normal. Now they are not updating, even when I hit refresh. I have 3 gmail accounts and it's the same for all of them. I checked under account in settings and they are all set to sync. I've gotten messages on my computer, they're just not coming through to the Droid.

Get the gmail update on the market. You have to do a search on the market for gmail, because it doesnt show up as installed apps.

Already did that. Unfortunately it didn't help.
