Anyone else having any issues with their X2?

Issue list:
Its slow (sometimes laggy)
It randomly ejects the SD card
Its randomly rebooted
When you press the power button to wake, it take a strange amount of time for the screen to come in (like 5-10 sec)

This is not really the phones fault. But the internal memory card is named "sd card" and they name the actual sd card "sd card ext". Which creates a huge issue for just about every program as the are all looking for the sd card name.

Anyone else notice any of these issues?

I put mt 16gb card from my D1 in my X2 and at first it wouldnt recongize it . so I formatted it and now its fine , as far as your other issues , Ive had none of them

Nope. None of the issues you're having! Mine is very fast, never reboots itself, and my 16 GB SD from my D1 worked fine. Smooth as butter!

Is yours rooted? You have a Task killer?

No I haven't rooted mine yet. Definitely thinking.about it though

I've had:

1. Issues with lag. And lots of the memory manager closing apps so they need to restart.
2. Random reboots (at least 4 so far, and I've had the phone since Thursday)
3. Delay between pressing the power button and the screen turning on
4. The annoying SD card naming issue. Took me forever to figure out why my Titanium backups weren't being found.
5. The battery percentage doesn't update while the phone is plugged in. Only once its unplugged, it suddenly updates the percentage.

However, my 16 GB card from my OG Droid works fine. Also, rooting with Gingerbreak works like a charm.

The market force closed on me the first time I tried to open it, but after that it has been fine.

I've had one random reboot while trying to load a game.

I am using my SD card from my D1, and have had no problems with it.

The display takes a moment to wake up, but it doesn't really bother me.

Other than that, I get the quality I expect from Motorola. Call quality is excellent, speakerphone is great, camera is good, and the phone is fast..

I'd imagine that we will have a software update sometime in the near future to fix some of the problems that people are having, or maybe Gingerbread will fix it.

Even with my few problems I have had, coming from a OG Droid, I'm a very happy DX2 owner.

How is the sd card ejecting?

Looks to me like once its in the battery would prevent it from coming out

Did you use titanium to restore apps and data from your previous phone? What phone was it? How many apps? That could be your problem.

Either the OP means "unmounting" or is talking about another device.

The "sdcard" for the DX2 is actually the internal 4.3gb of storage and the microsd is used only for media. Would have been cool with this set-up if the DX2 went to a card slot design that was not stuck behind the battery. Then folks could hot-swap cards for media and game roms (like PSX).

That is crazy. Lag from a duel core? What is wrong with the software folks at these companies? The need to hire our devs!

I'm having every problem in the original post, plus installing all my apps the first time about every 5-6 or so it would FC on me and I'd have to relaunch the market. Just out of curiousity, are you using LauncherPro?
