So has anyone posted the file to manually update? Also after you have 2.3.4 can you flash the stock 2.2 RUU in HBOOT and be back to stock?

If you have a non-rooted (S-ON) phone that is running 2.3 the 2.2 RUU will not run properly. If you're not sure about 2.3 the best thing to do is root your phone while it's still running 2.2 and install a ROM with 2.3 baked in. You can unroot the phone and go back to 2.2 that way.
