Mine failed twice it gets about halfway done with the load yellow bar and reboots then fails.... Hrm

According to your Avatar you are rooted. If you haven't returned your phone to stock you may not be able to successfully install the update. Return your phone to stock (no removed files, no frozen files, etc) and try again. Then go back to root.

Restored to my very first backup and I was still rooted, worked..thx
