well i flashed it from recovery and there is no difference. im on a d2 running GB apex 2.0. is that why?

Having a problem with the new markets where I will get a notification of an update, dev will tweet update is live, yet I still can't download the update. Any ideas?

Does the Market show that there is an update? If an update is available it will show update at the top of the My Apps screen

It shows the app at the top of the list under updates, but when I click the app to select the update button only open and uninstall are there. Seems it stays like that for a while before finally becoming ready.
