Market account without a Credit Card.

I have a Droid and so does my daughter now. I want to be able to purchase some apps thru the market for HER phone but NOT use my account which is hooked to my credit card.
Is there a way to purchase items on her GMail account without permanently attaching it to my account OR credit card ?

You could give her a debit card and put money in an account for her.

Get prepaid credit card gift cards, that's what I do. You just have to activate it and then attach it to her google checkout.

The Verizon app store allows you to put it on your phone bill. It's part of the bloatware installed with the newest firmware update

He has a moto droid which doesn't have the vzw app store, plus does the vzw app store have all android apps or just vzw ones?
