Market unsuccessful

This morning i did a clean wipe on my phone....for the past 8 hours I have been unable to download apps on my phone (I can push it from the market place on my computer). Every app pops up Download was unsuccessful...i have wiped it several times, cleared the info in the market place, deleted updates to no luck

I did not reset or anything, but I am having the same problem. I noticed it yesterday. I went to marketplace forum and they said try clearing cache and unmount/mount sd card. Neither helped.
