There are two apps that will not freeze for some reason. They will freeze, but after a reboot they magically "defrost" themselves. But that's for a later lesson :icon_ devil:

Hey, I'm a fast learner. Go to the apk file for the app and change it to .bak, right?

They need to update this list. Can I assume that anything that can be disabled in ICS, can be frozen?

You have learned well, Grasshoppa.

Technically you can freeze anything. But if you freeze something you shouldn't it may cause problems. I have 76 apps frozen in my phone, I just haven't made a list :blink: LOL

MattyP...... I used your instructions to install the .215 leak and it worked great. First time I have ever manually upgraded and I have never rooted any of my Droids. I think it would be great if you could set up your easy to follow Classrooms for a lot of other topics. I am going to follow the Classroom instructions for the battery meter. Could you (if you havent done so already) have a classroom on how to root after .215 upgrade including where to get the needed class materials (software). I feel confident I might be able to follow your course and have a rooted Razr.
