So...now that I've been upgraded and rooted...what are your suggestions for getting better battery and performance?...oh and i have been meaning to ask about smart actions (although I'm sure it's covered some where else already)...i was using it on gingerbread and it seemed ok..ics not so much as triggers didn't always work...how about now? Do i even need it with this other fancy smancy stuff?

I have smart actions frozen in my phone with titanium backup

But yes, you should re-train your battery meter and actually. Everything will be much more smooth if you do a factory data reset.

Ahh thanks Tis...I am doing a battery meter thingy...and I just knew someone was going to mention doing a FDR...crap now i have a head ache..lol...i don't wanna...seems like such a pain..i have like 4000 apps...so i guess i need titanium hi?

Okay back on track (cuz, I have a weak spot for sparks, lol)!

For doing an fdr, go to http://www.droidforums.net/forum/rescue-squad-help/219101-getting-most-success-upgrading-ics-gb.html

But instead of using My Backup use Titanium backup (one of the advantages to being rooted).

After an fdr... or two, one right after the other, do a battery meter training.
-with phone off charge to 100%
-use phone till it gets down to 10% low battery warning
-charge to 100% with phone off again
-use and charge phone as normally would.

Titanium Backup is hands down the best app money can buy. You can freeze apps with it, you can backup and restore apps with it, it is one awesome app. Best one I ever bought
