media sent to text

this is probably silly - when someone sends a picture to me in a text, I can't find any way to save it to my phone, or move it anywhere - do I need to sync to do it? the phone is an LG Ally.

Have you tried long pressing the picture to see if a menu pops up?

I just tried...the menu appears for an instant and fades before I can select anything.
