Missing apps in market.

Well I have a droid x rooted running liberty with juice honeycomb theme. At least I believe that is the theme's name. My problem is I cannot find apps like youtube, hotels.com, yellow pages or book in the market place. However I used to have those same apps installed and then deleted them but now I can't find them in the market to download again. Any thoughts on what I need to do please let me know.
