Missing feature in 4.1 - send SMS to a group

There may be an app that bypasses, but why did they just up and remove so many good features from the phone itself!?

I am having the same problem with the group text messaging. It's a relief to know I'm not the only one. I group text several times per day and now it's a pain to have to put each individual contact in every time. I hate the new update btw. I have been searching for an app to replace it. I will try the GroupU. Thanks.
