I use to think it had to be in the .mtz format to not show up as old version, but that is not true. To show up as a new version where it doesnt say anything, you have to have all of the folders set up correctly and can't have one thing in the wrong place. If you have something in the wrong place, you will know because it will say old version. Which is nice if your a themer, because then all you have to do is see what is in the wrong place.

Just in case you removed my theme for this reason, black and bold and liberty theme are not the next versions of Elite Pro HD, they just use the icons.

New version of Black n' Bold available. Update includes themed miui camera, miui music changes, new clock, slight mms changes and changed notification pulldown background.

Anyway we could have an updated or new black boot animation? I was using the old black boot animation zip but I can't flash that old zip file anymore to change the boot animation. Tried through theme manager as well with no success. Thanks

Do you have a theme installed? If I'm not mistaken I'm pretty sure you can add the animation in the theme. I think you can download one of Bama's themes, if you're not using one already, and see where you're supposed to put it.

Or, get the bootanimation.zip and put it in either /data/local or /system/media. You can put it in either. One of them has the stock animation and you can just delete it and put the black one in there. If you put it in the one that doesn't have the original animation in it then you don't have to delete the OG one because it will scan that folder first and won't be a problem.

I like it but for the apps it doesn't have a icon for, its just the standard icon. So its a mix an match an doesn't look that good.

yeah but it was just released. hopefully we can request some more icons

how do you flash a .mtz?

With the theme manager for miui. Settings, personal, theme manager, choose theme. You have to put the.mtz file in the "theme" folder of miui, on your sd card
