More Sync options for windows live mail?

In my account settings for windows live mail (hotmail) there are only two options for "Email Check Frequency". Automatic (Push) or never. I would like to know if there is a way to add sync every 15 or 30 minutes?

Any ideas?

That's the email app you're using?

If you have push I strongly suggest leaving it set on push. Polling (pull) will waste battery.

The app i am using is the one that came pre-installed on the phone. When i first set up my email i just went to add account in the general email program on my phone. There was an option for Windows Live Mail/Hotmail so i picked that.

Even though my email is set to Automatic (Push) it will not retrieve new emails until I manually sync it.
