Motorola Confirms Q1 for Razr/Razr Maxx

Improper Wifi tethering is costing Verizon about 2 Billion in lost profit a year. By that they mean that you are not paying the correct fees associated with tethering. So they as most companies forced Google to do a redesign of Wifi permissions resulting in Foxfi no longer working. As where Sprint block customer access to the app. They try to blame your slow speeds on your tethering and unlicensed tethering of other people on your tower. It's funny

Well I'm still unlimited, and pay for hotspot, and us anywhere from 30 to 120 gigs a month, so sorry to all the people on the tower by my house, most us is late at night on ps3 or netflix

A figure that is certainly their own and assumes that everyone using free tethering would have paid for it otherwise. I also don't believe the majority of people with free tethering are abusing it, as in, making it a replacement for their home ISP. I have the sqllite hack on my phone, but I still only average around 2GB total of data usage per month (essentially I don't use it. I just like knowing it's available)

Ya know, if they'd charge a reasonable amount for wifi tether people would just pay for it, and now with their new data plans, why the heck do they care how you use that data that you are already paying through the nose for?

Some of their family share plans include tethering... they'll be forced to stop double charging for it soon enough. Competition, hopefully, will take care of that.

JB installed today!

One question: how do you navigate to the home page in the default browser in JB? That option is gone from the menu.
