motorola devour charging problem

i have the devour and i can charge it on the computer when my computer screen is on but when my com. sleeps it stays at whatever percentage it last charged right now it is at 50% and if i let my computer go to slepp it will just stop charging and i can only charge it on my computer because the wall outlet does the same thing what can i do?? help plz!!

Welcome to the forum. It could be a hardware issue in which u might have to take in to have it checked. But it could be just a failed battery and needs replacement. Hope u get the issue resolved

i really cant tell u why. maybe the outlet isnt working for ur device. either that or buy another charger that will work. sorry cant give u a better answer
