This is why I'm hoping the moto x has a lot of development. And the bootloader gets unlocked. Somehow. Without having to buy the Dev edition. Even though I'll probably get the Dev edition, anyway.

If these specs are true this device will most likely sell for $99 or $150. You have to remember Motorola doesn't necessarily care too much about the top tier phones anymore they are trying to make their phones affordable for everyone.

I loved my D1 and I am pretty content with me D4. I was really hoping that the D5 was going to be a major upgrade, but alas, it seems like Moto is just throwing spare parts together on top of the left over D4s...
That said, if it has NFC and Inductive charging built in, and better reception I might upgrade too it, when I can pay for a full phone to keep my unlimited data of course...
I suppose I should also mention, that I absolutely love physical keyboards. I need a tactile solution for whatever phone I get, touch screens are just so... unsatisfying.

T-mobile just turned on lte in my area and compared to vzw and att the speeds are on par. For right now I am staying put/parked with At&t but I am lurking seeing if t-mobile continues to improve and fix the dead spots in my area.

pc747,Tmo just increased the hotspot from 500mb too 2.5 @ no xtra charge.

I bought my Mad Skliz hyper typer ..Wife a Assurion rplacement D*4 from a Iphone buyer and she loves it..coming from a D3. (Once you figure out battery and app management...)

AND Believe or not..the D*4 is still on the VZW upgrade site ( since 2-12 ! ) for 99 bucks and they still move a ****load .

Also the wireless charging and a (!) SD card is a big deal to some..Who knows..what will happen...

If your Note 3 had a built in KB then I probably would already have it. well I guess they don't want our business or I guess they don't need it. oh well its ok. I guess for now I will stick to Motorola.... shhhh I almost bought the LG Enact but I would rather wait for the Droid 5. Hopefully I wont have to wait long.
