The leak is being supported. The soak survey offers choices for the .211 ICS and 98.72.8 Jelly Bean Leak as the current operating system on the soak testers' phones, and I just spotted a confirmation post on Motorola that is highly credible...

"Matt has said that anyone that got the Christmas update was still on the official upgrade path. This means that you will definitely be upgraded to the newest upgrade when it is released. Hope this helps."

I got the email but i am running.215 right now. I have to go back to .211 to do the soak, correct?? what is the best and easiest way to go back to .211?

That is correct...you need to go back to .211. The best way I know of doing that is using the RazrUtility 1.82 and restoring to .211.
