What is the life spam of the Motorola Droid.

I still have the first Droid and use it on wifi now and then and it works fine. I even have used it when I used my Razr for bait one day while fishing. ( didn't catch any )
I now have finally given up my unlimited plan for my wife and I. She went with a Droid Mini because she likes a small phone and I went with the Droid Turbo 64 on the 10 GB plan.
