Can or does anyone recommend a Mount for my bionic to my mountain bike . 1 that maybe they've had some personal experience with.

I use Ram mounts for all my electronics on my motorcycle and bike. Light and sturdy, haven't lost anything yet lol

They don't have a mount for the Bionic specifically, i have the universal mount:

And this base for my mountain bike:

I can quickly switch the univ mount from between my bike and motorcycle with the bases already attached to my bars. Its an investment that should outlast your rides. I've been using my first ram mount on my cycle for 3 years and its still like new

I have this one. Probably not as nice as the Ram, but it is cheap and has some good reviews. I have not tried it on my bike yet, but the part that clamps to the phone is adjustable and holds tight on to my Razr MAXX with TPU case.

Has favorable reviews on Amazon. Several reviews said that the clamp part separates from the mount part too easily. Many of these reviewers said that they glued these parts together and had no problems after that. I think I am going to glue it before I actually use on the bike. I’ll update here after I try it out (might not get to try it until the weekend).

There are several listed on Amazon for various types of phones, but they look to be same unit. I bought the on listed for the Maxx, but the other on has more reviews.

Not sure if it's going to fit your purpose, but I have an ArmPod. I race downhill mountain bikes, and I've worn this through some very rough and bumpy downhill trails (and jumps) and it never has come out. Fits my Bionic with extended battery perfectly. It's a bit difficult to get the extra protective neoprene cover on one-handed, but it can be done. I like the fact that the phone is getting a bunch of shock absorption from my body, and not hard-connected to my bike. It's better to have it connected to my headphones when it's on my arm as well. The downside - I don't get a "cockpit view" of the phone. I bought mine from REI so you can likely find them around and give it a hands-on try before you buy, either at an REI or other retailer.

Thank you. That is one of my main concerns is shock absorption. That and It bouncing right off the bike.

My wife and I ride flat bar road bikes and we had Slip Grip mounts for our Droid X phones. We never had a problem with them. We rode down some rough paths and off curbs. Might be worth checking into. Search Slip Grip and your phones model on eBay. I'm about to buy 2 for our new Droid RAZR Maxx HDs.
