Moving Music from Internal Phone Storage to Protected Content

How do you transfer files from your internal phone storage (music) to your protected content (music)?

You would need Root to access the internal memory.

Crap. Transferred using the Motorola Media Link last night, taking all night over USB to transfer 12 songs to my internal storage. How would I put music in the protected content directly using the media link from PC to phone?

I just drag and drop what little music I have on my X...
