Multi-user Support Makes It's Way To Google Home!

If you have purchased a single Google Home for your family to use you may have been annoyed that it only had support for one user. This meant that you get only news briefings from one Google account and could only do tasks like setting alarms and adding items to list for that same account. Google understands that frustration and has now added support for multiple accounts. You can add up to six people to one Google Home. The Google Home will even be able to distinguish between the voice of different users. You can setup multiple user accounts for your Google Home through the latest version of the Home app.

I setup the new multi user account functionality and it works pretty good. She now recognizes the difference between me and my wife when speaking to it; and reads our My Day results based on our personal Google accounts. Good job Google! [emoji106]
