Multiple Destinations on GPS

I really love the GPS on my Droid. I often will program a loop using Google Maps and download it to my Garmin for a ride on my motorcycle. I have figured out how this is possible to do with the Driod. Has anyone had any experience with programming multiple destinations on the Droid GPS?

You can create maps on the PC and save them as a layer, then bring them up on the droid.
