Multiple email account icons on home screen

Does anyone know how to create an icon for each email account on the home screen? I want a seperate icon for my corporate sync and personal account. I would prefer not to use widgets and not have to open the messaging folder to access the different accounts.

There's an app called "any cut" or something like that. Maybe that'd work.

But what I really want to tell you is DON'T USE THE STOCK EMAIL CLIENT. Use anything else.
