Unsuccessfull while using USB debugging and unknown sources enabled during transfer. So either I'm still doing out wrong or the above link is bad, I'm not sure what could be wrong though.

I downloaded from another site other than the link above and it worked, but when I open it, it says its outdated and it was v 2.2
