Yes....you are basically erasing everything off your phone....it will be like a new phone....you will have to activate, and sign back into google, and reinstall all your apps from your backup app.

I activated it, but it sent me right back to where I need to press the little android. :c
It said something about 15 minutes.. should I call verizon or wait?
 
I reset to factory specs and my corporate sync is back to normal thankfully. Thanks again for the tips!

I fixed it by resting the password, then syncing the account it then asked to change password, remove account and reinstall account.
 
I just had the same issue on my phone. I was able to remove/edit the email account by going to settings, accounts and sync, mail, add account. It will then let you log into the account and then you have the options to delete the account under settings in the mail app
