My battery woes... com.motorola.providers.contacts???

I agree, I love the features and data intergration of the phone, but battery life is just plain obnoxious. It isn't horrible on work days, where I need to charge it every day after I get back from lunch... but on the weekends when I don't want to be tied to a power outlet its just frustrating.

I went from a phone that could go 3 days on a charge to a phone that goes about 3/4 of day. I'll be looking at an extended battery, wish Verizon/Motorola would eat the cost of that.

Battery while navigating

Bought the car dock, thought it would be great to use as a navi. Was using it on a five hour trip, with the dock plugged in. The phone still died. Has anyone had this problem. Even with it plugged in and charging, the phone couldn't keep enough power to stay on? Makes this phone a non-option as a navi for longer trips if this is the case. Any words of advice or similar experience??
