My friend's iPhone

Never owned one..Never will. They do nothing for me.

And you will never need to own one. If you really get the itch just get an ipod touch (since it does the same thing minus calls) and tether it to your droid. Heck you will have better 3g coverage then those with the iphone.

The iPhone can run one process at a time. The Droid, which has the same processor, can run multiple apps at the same time. That is the difference in speed you are seeing. Overclock the Droid and you will no longer notice a difference between the Droid and the iPhone (while still being able to multitask).

Honestly.... this argument is over rated... I only do one thing at a time..... on my iphone I use one app at a time... and I do the same on the droid.

It's not like you can run two programs side by side on the droid and actually use the multitasking lol
Not to mention that they are implementing multitasking in their next update.
multitasking is so over rated that iphone is going to implement it in its next generation??? can i give this a LMAO?

I hope htc/droid/google sue apple for copyright infringement since apple wants to implement multitasking.

I'm tired of seeing threads like this as well. Unfortunately it doesn't break any forum rules so there isn't much I can do about it unless the discussion gets out of hand. If it does, I will shut it down immediately.

I say you just ban the users getting out of hand.....

Back to the topic.... anyone that has every used an iphone can clearly tell you that the touch screen is the best there is..... now for the rest of it... the droid is my favorite... but the sensitivity of the screen is awesome.

Have you taken a road trip yet? Navigation and pandora at the same time, not to mention I have gTalk on all the time.

It isn't over rated, it is a useful feature and while you think you don't use it much now if you didn't have it you would miss it.
