I thought verizon only had a 60 day warranty?

Verizon offers a 30 day money back/exchange option. The phone manufactures offer a 1 year warranty.

Verizon honors the manufactures 1 year warranty.
Well, I don't know how their arrangement works, but you just bring the phone into Verizon.

There was one time years ago when I had problems with my phone. I had it for over a year. They did a quick troubleshoot and then exchanged the phone. Even transferred all my contacts to the *new* phone not *refurbished*. The local Verizon store here really takes care of their customers. Never a complaint from me.
