My stock keyboard hates me

So I'm having a problem with my new dx2. The stock keyboard shuts off after I type like 2 words and when I bring the keyboard back up it wont type anything now. I'm running gingerbread 2.3.3
Any help would be great.

Have you tried to clear the data of the keyboard? There are threads on here and elsewhere already about similar problems to this. Manage apps/multi-touch keyboard/clear data.

There is a fix but its kind of complicated. Call tech support and they can walk you through it. You have to uncheck some thing in your multitouch keyboard settings.
