Need help, can I create folders and move media files to them? On the phone.

Please help it is a pain that I can't figure out how to create folders and files and move around pictures and downloaded media, right from the phone. I want to do it so I can organize slide show folders.

You can use the app "files" on your X or download a file manager from the market.
