I'm going to get back to you in a bit. But don't do any resets without enabling any apps you disabled. Mostly as a precautionary measure.

Important lesson learned when doing a factory reset : enter your Google information after the backup is complete. Your contacts will still restored, but some stored settings from your current device and previously owned devices will not contaminate a pristine backup. Believe me this will avoid future issues. For instance. I was not able to resolve notification light functionality until I discovered this top, from this board I might add. Kenneth.

I did the update per the link, but that thread is about a year old and the update did not fix my issue. I ended up going to the Moto support website and reinstalling the Device Manager software and walla, it worked. :biggrin:
