Hi ya'll, my husband has a Thunderbolt and ever since the ICS update he has had problems. Most we have gotten worked out, but it still freezes, shuts itself down and restarts randomly. He is a truck driver and this phone is his lifeline and entertainment. He is one who a lot of people would say "abuses" his unlimited data because he watches/listens to netflix, live365, and a couple of other data hog apps. He is going crazy with this freezing/restarting problem (and therefore driving me crazy) Any suggestions? We even did a hard reset to try to get rid of ICS but it didn't work. it is not rooted. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.
